Glass Run Channel

Header and pillar profiles are notched, sawed, bent and endcap-molded; then molded into Glass Run Channel frames.
Glass Run Channel with integrated Glass

Convertible Seals

Static and dynamic seals, notched and molded parts for movable roofs with additional function.
Door Seals

Dynamic seals with hollow chambers, reinforced or not, with spliced or molded features.
Inner & Outer Waistbelt (IWB, OWB)

Door-mounted two-component injection-molded parts with a PP structure for mounting and supporting the TPE lip. The lip seals the gap between the door and movable or fixed window.
ODS Sensors, Retainers and Obstacle Detection Sensors

Liftgate-mounted two-component retainer with a textured interior surface and multiple mounting pins. Enables secure integration of an anti-pinch sensor for protection at pinching and shearing points.
Complex obstacle detection sensors with cut and stripped profiles, with integrated cables, picked, cut, bent and welded resistor, molded TPE endcaps and electric connections.
Windshield Weatherstrips

Two-component injection-molded parts mounted between the A-pillar and windshield. Glass-fiber-filled PP ensures secure and precise mounting, while TPE overmolding provides sealing and aesthetic performance.
Margin Seals

Door- or body-mounted two-component injection-molded seals with a hard PP component for mounting and a soft TPE component for sealing. Used for soundproofing, water management and keeping the entrances clean.
Trunk and bonnet seals

Dynamic seals with functional hollow chambers, with or without reinforcement, splicing connections (and / or molded details).
Water Box Covers

Two-component injection-molded covers, manufactured using mold rotation or core-back technology. Made from PP and TPE.
Spoiler Aero Seals

Two-component injection-molded seals with a hard PP component featuring mounting structures and a soft TPE component for sealing. Used for aerodynamic optimization.
Wheel Arch Covers
Two-component system made from filled PP and TPE, typically produced using core-back technology with in-mold stamping of sensor holes.

Beyond sealing: glazing systems
PFAFF develops tooling, molds and manufacturing processes that enable the efficient production of integrated automotive glazing systems.
One partner. Every phase.
Early involvement
We join your project at the design stage — before tool and production system decisions are fixed. This is how we deliver value early on.

Tool and production system engineering
Notching- and splicing tools, injection molds and production automation systems engineered for serial reliability — designed with your process, your material and your output targets in mind.
Process validation
On-site support during sampling and testing, training and production support. We don’t hand over a tool or production system — we validate the entire process with you.
Single-source system competence
One partner for tooling, production systems, process engineering and quality — fewer interfaces, faster decisions, lower risk at every stage of your SOP.
Global service & on-site presence
We have seen your problem before
Decades of sealing system expertise across all major vehicle segments mean we recognise critical failure patterns early — and solve them before they reach the line.
Continuous improvement mindset
Serial production is not the finish line. We track, analyse and improve — reducing scrap rates and manual intervention over the entire tool and equipment lifecycle.
Integrated technologies for sealing production.
From high-precision injection molds to advanced manufacturing systems – PFAFF develops technologies for efficient, reliable and cost-optimized production.
